Marty Rogoff

Consultant and former senior executive and college professor Marty Rogoff loves working with new supervisors, managers and leaders. He finds them to be excited about their new roles, engaged in his workshops, “sponges” when it comes to learning new ideas and eager to try out their new skills. Through the program of workshops and one-on-one coaching, these individual managers become more proactive, employees become more engaged, and teams become more productive

Marty has over 40 years of direct experience managing sales, budgets, customer service, distribution, human resources and policy compliance. He also spent two years as Visiting Professor of Business at Philadelphia University and one as Interim Dean of Workforce Development at Harrisburg Area Community College. His articles have been published in Chain Store AgeCurrents and the Central Pennsylvania Business Journal. Consulting clients have included a chain of check cashing stores, a fashion retailer and a number of Central PA manufacturers. Managers who have improved their performances range from factory floor supervisors and district managers, to engineers and community center managers.

Marty Rogoff has a BA in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA in Management and Corporate Strategy from New York University’s Stern School of Business. He lives in his hometown of Harrisburg, PA.
