Core4 Approach
Core4 consultants begin by listening: interviewing top leaders and carefully noting the organization’s needs. In conversation with you, we craft a custom engagement that is built on Core4 principles featured in half-day, highly-interactive sessions over a period of four to twelve months.
Core4 uses your organization’s real work and real issues and opportunities in session “exercises.” Between sessions, your consultant observes team and one-to-one meetings to provide coaching for skills development. He or she provides individual coaching with each leadership team member throughout the engagement.
Virtual Core4 is also available for geographically dispersed teams.
